Files large gaps to keep the cold air and insects out. Much better than trying to stuff batt insulation into small crevices, sprays in and expands to fill the space. If you overfill you can wipe it off while wet or wait till it drys and use a utility knife. Cuts like rigid styrofoam.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Fills the gaps. Don't get it on your clothes, hands or dog. Makes good glue, hand stain...doesn't help the dog.

Great stuff, it exactly that Great Stuff. Fills any size void or hole and is extremely durable. I used to throw the cans out after one use, but I've found a company that sells spare nozzles called Xtendafoam, I've requested that they be carried in my local Home Depot.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I put it around my pipes to keep them insulated. I had a hollow door and sprayed this in it to give it better insulation. It works well but use gloves cause this gets on your hands and it's like super glue!

The only thing I don't like about this product is that the applicator can only be used one time. Otherwise it would be a 5 Star Product.

This product was terrible, When I tried to use it, it wouldnt come out and then started leaking out of the base of the applicator nub. Went all over and created quite a mess. Never got the stuff to come out of the pistol tube. Had to just throw it in the garbage can.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Doesn't keep for extended periods of time and it seems to be a one-time use item as the stuff solidifies in the end once used once, but it does what it should.

only drawback is that it can only be used once because the nozzle clogs after use. They should offer multiple nozzles or smaller cans

Great Stuff filled the void as advertised and would not shut off after using just a small amount. I had to put in the trash can in a bag and it oozed out until it was empty even when removing the straw. Nearly the whole can was wasted.

I tried this stuff one cold day in So Cal and it didn't foam up very much, say less than an inch. Remember to clean out the straw and nozzle if you intend on using the leftover, or use it all up the first time.
Later that week when I set the can in the sun for most of the day, it warmed the can and it foamed up really good.
Yes, I recommend this product.
