Good product with exception of one thing. The baskets will not stop the water from running out. Tried every possible way to put them in without the water running out. Kohler is working with me to solve the problem.
Pros: Easy to Install, Good Instructions
Cons: baskets not right for strainer

I have a double sink and just replaced the garbage disposal with a Home Depot product. It had a high quality polished chrome shine to the collar. It out-shined the other sink strainer which was dull and scratched. So, this new sink strainer matched perfectly. It really adds some pleasure to do the dishes.
All the parts were high quality and fit my sink and existing drain pipes perfectly.
Pros: Easy to Install, Good Instructions, No Leaks

The product arrived as expected. The strainer is different than others I have had in in past. You just have to push it straight down to lock in the water. There is no fiddling wih the plug to get it to seal. There are rubber tipped prongs on the bottom to form a seal no matter how it is turned. Very nice!

Item was received in defective condition. The chrome finish did not cover the whole strainer and item had to be returned. Also when ordering online, did not receive the 10% discount as promised
