One thing after the other,

"I had this dryer for almost 4 yrs, worked "ok"...then the motor needed to be replaced, followed by the heating elements, and just when I thought I was over repairing it....NO POWER!!! Got a new power supply...but still would not turn on. I'm DONE with this dryer....NO WAY I'll get another "HARMONY""

"I was so excited to get this washer/dryer combo... but the dryer is a huge dissapointment. It is so noisy and rattles like crazy. Had repair man out 3 times, even new parts for a 1 month old dryer, and it couldnt be fixed. Got it replaced, and still noisy. MOVED to a new home and its STILL noisy! I am very upset at the money I spent on these machines. The dryer sounds worse than the 12 year old dryer I had before it!! Wish I could return it!!"

"I was so happy with this washer and dryer when my husband and I finally made the choice to buy it. It was great until the warranty went out. We havent even had the pair 3 years and now the dryer's blower motor is going out. The cost to fix it is about $500.00. Even the tech that came out to see what was wrong with it said he would just buy and new dryer but a different kind. Don't buy this dryer, it is a big disappointment and a waist of money."

Finally - a dryer that drys!,

"I received this and the washer as an early mother's day present (March) and it is the best present I've ever gotten. When I open the dryer door after washing a load, the screen shows the dryer receiving the clothes - and the information I gave the washer for what the load is - takes the guess work out of how long to dry the clothes for, no more turning knobs for timed dry or air dry or delicate or...this dryer already knows! It is so nice to open the dryer and the clothes are actually dry. Even the jeans are dry. This duo has saved me so much time, money and aggravation that I can't recommend it enough. It even comes with a dryer rack for shoes or drying items flat. My one complaint - even the jeans are dry - which isn't always good when they are a little tight to start!!!"
