Poor quality appliance

I regret purchasing this dishwasher. It's very loud. It doesn't clean well at all (checked all the troubleshooting tips). The interior is very small so your very limited to the size of the pots and pans you can clean in it. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Also, the tower does not go all the way down so the bottow rack is a struggle to get out. I am very dissatisfied with this dishwasher.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!

I did quite a bit of research before buying a new dishwasher, but I totally missed the mark on this one! First of all, I have found it to be fairly noisy although it claims to be a quiet model. I decided to spend a bit more on an Energy Star dishwasher, but because of the way the racks are made, I am having to do twice the loads that I was before-- which defeats the purpose. Also, the basket's holes are just big enough to where my toddler's straws fall right through. I wouldn't recommend this model to ANYONE! Last piece of advice-- go to the store and look at the models before you make a decision. Our local store had almost none to choose from, so we ordered online-- BIG MISTAKE!

For the money this is one of, if not the best out there, true, it is not loaded with "bells or Whistles" but it is loaded with cleaning power. This is my 4th dishwasher and the best one yet. If you need a dishwasher that does what it says, this could be the one. I was concerned about the thin insulation around it, but seems to be pretty quite.

I think this is a great addition to any busy moms kitchen. It has great features and it's priced low so you can afford it . I would recommend it to all my friends, family, and co-workers.

If you're looking for a QUIET dishwasher, that cleans your dishes thoroughly, this is the product for you! The price is great and I am very happy with mine. My old dishwasher was loud and therefore, I had to turn up the tv to hear it. The best part is that our dishes are sparkling clean!

My other dishwasher was only 4 yrs old when it started making noises and froze, had to be replaced. I was sure that this new one was going to be noisier because the insulation was very slim. It is VERY quiet and the new holders for long stem glasses and tray for big utencils on the top rack also add a nice touch. I got the silver one and it looks sharp!
