Has been working fine. Was a bit of trouble to connect to existing gutters and drainpipe due to the one size fits all aspect. The materials are a bit flimsy and will change shape if too much water runs through, but it has not leaked. This was the third time I bought this product and it's a good value, but not the best available.

Easy to lengthen your drain spout. During some downpours, we were getting flooding near the foundation. This was an easy fix, and big enough to not worry about freezing up here in the north where we have snow and rain intermixed

Purchased a new property where the water from the gutter on back of the home was making a hole where the water was being deposited and could have caused structural damage if left untended. Put on the Flex-a-Spout and redirected the water further out in the yard. No more puddles at my patio!

I have a rain barrel I use in the summer for the garden that required a slight shortening of the downspout. I picked this up to use when the rain barrel is put away for the winter and it worked out perfectly. I did need help to expanded it due to arthritis. It holds its form and I would buy another one if I needed it.

It is hard to rate quality until I have had it for awhile and see how it does and holds up. Would like to see the screws included with it to attach to downspouts permanently, that would have been nice.
