i BOUGHT THE REMOTE AND TOOK IT HOME. OPENED IT UP AND IT ONLY HAD 9 DIGITS. MINE HAS 10 DIGITS. IT DOESN'T TELL YOU ON THE BOX THAT IT IS 9 DIGITS.
Cons: bad packaging. no information on digits

I expected delivery to take more time. I received items within 2 or 3 days. I did not have to make any adjustments to the remote. It was good to go right out of the box and is working better than my original gate openers.

this is the second set i bought extra for family and two of them are already broke ! gate opener for it broke one month after we bought it for christmas gift , but sent in and you fixed the opener.
Cons: Difficult to Install, not as simple as instructions say !

Don't be afraid to call the company with any questions or problems, their personnel can answer all questions and guide you thru any problems you encounter.
