Installation was very easy. It took no longer than 30 minutes from the time I opened the box until it was ready to fire up. Grilling on charcoal has some additional challanges. Heat distribion is different than the propane grill I replaced.
The lack of a work surface is a negative.

I purchased this grill for my husband's Birthday present- he absolutely loves it! It's the perfect size, the quality is great and the best part- Home Depot put it together for no charge so I could give it to him all set and ready to go. Can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can enjoy using it!

I ordered this on line. It came to my home in a very timely fashion. I never had to leave the comfort of my home to shop, then drag this heavy duty grill home. I love the grill . I just move to this area and had never done business with home depot prior. Every one in the store is extremely helpful. I have done alot of business there since the move, and will continuely to do so. very satisfied with the GRILL, STORE , THE EXPERIENCE WITH HOME DEPOT.

I received the grill in about 3 days. I unpacked it and everything was there and the lid was not bent as some had experienced. I've smoked pork and ribs on it since I've had it and it does an excellent job. I love the blue color and am very happy with it so far.

This grill is well made and much heavier than most charcoal grilles.Weber has excellent customer service.The lid on the grill I received was chipped and bent.After calling weber customer service I received a new lid within a few days.I bought this grill because of the ash catcher.I have had one of these grilles without one for 25 years that is still in use.Also have a weber gas grill.Excellent products.The only thing I dislike about this grill is that it does not have the wooden handles.

Very nice grill. I had bought about 5 other webers grills before over the pass 35 yrs and really like them. I have even cooked my turkey in THANKSGIVING in it. When finished grilling all I needed to do was close everything up and the charcoal that remained in there just turned off. I just used the very expensive grill Sunday March11,2012 and had a hard time controling the flames even though everything was shut close.Just too much air seeping through. I setup the grill Sat. March 10 and it was shipped with one leg bend very bad and had to unbend it so the grill could stay upright. I would not recommend it especially at this price $160.00.

I was a little confused when I saw the canister beneath the normal looking Weber. I always hated taking out the tray full of ashes and carrying it to the trash; especially if it's windy. This one you just turn the handle and the canister comes off keeping the ashes contained. BIG improvement-a little spendy, but its the only charcoal grill for me.

All peices were included, the lid had dents in two spots and the metal exposed where the dents were. Carton was intact with no signs of visible damage. Quality issue i believe. I'm not a nit-picker so i'll live with it, but i would never have expected that from the Webber Brand.

There was damage to the grill on delivery. One of the handles on the grill was bent about a half inch. The paint had come off where the handle had attached to the lid because of the damage done.
There was also paint flecking off on the rim on the top of the lid.
I was able to assemble the grill with no major problems except for the bent handle.
