I was very disappointed with the overall performance. The unit has alot of power however it wants to move around causing waste of juice. The strainer basket quickly clogs with pulp requiring very frequent cleaning. This also causes waste of juice because you have to clean out the strainer before it has strained a glasss of juice and often times it will over flow causing a blockage in the drain spout. These problems were consistant with oranges and grapefruit but not with lemons. I was so disgusted I returned it and bought a Black and Decker which has performed very well.

Won't stay put!

A lot of pressure seems to be required, especially to keep it from spinning all over the counter. My wrist gets very tired after two small glasses of juice. And the way it won't stay put is really annoying. It needs some kind of rubber grip on the bottom.
No, I do not recommend this product.
