30 qt. Outdoor Cooking Select
Because of its patented design, The Original Turkey Fryer requires less cooking oil than a standard stockpot. Perforated raised poultry rack allows the cooking oil to circulate evenly when frying, preventing the bottom from scorching. The grab hook provides a safe way to slowly insert and remove poultry from hot cooking oil. Use the Perforated Basket to boil seafood and vegetables. Use the Fry Pot to fry fish, chicken, hushpuppies, fries, and corn fritters. CSA approved.

All I can say is fantastic. My mother-in-law gave me one for Christmas 3 years ago and I haven't worn it out yet. They have changed it a little I noticed. Mine was $50 and didn't have the smaller pot & basket, but we cooked fish in the bigger basket..no biggy. Fish and hush puppies are great. Turkey is never the same after cooking in one of these...very moist, and only takes 3 minutes per pound to cook (stay close to these directions...works every time). Only drawback...the peanut oil has skyrocketed the last 2 years. $38 for a 3 galllon jug now...it was $20 3 years ago...go figure. It takes at least 3 gallons (I throw a Qt. of veggie oil on top) to fry an 18 lb. turkey. You can strain the oil and save it for reuse if u keep it in a cool place (says) it'll keep 4-6 months, but I'm not sure how many uses you will get (I've re-used my oil 3 times and pitched it). You can go to to blended oil (soy & peanut oil)...bout $5 cheaper for 3 gal...all I know is the $ add up when cooking turkey this way. We did 2 back to back on thanksgiveing this year...yum yum..Enjoy

Product provides many options at a good price. I am now able to fry, boil, and steam all because of this one purchase. Well worth the cost. Easy to assemble.

I bought this outdoor cooker for my Mom as a birthday gift and it turned out to be a win win for everyone. So far we have ony deep fried our Thanksging turkey in it but, we can't wait to try out other foods like fish, etc. It's very easy to put together and use. We love it!

i was so surprise at how quickly this heated the oil.and how it cooked the food so fast and juicy i would recommend this cooker to anyone that love's out door cooking.

Only used it once. Fried up a turkey Christmas day took about an hour and 15 minutes, man was it moist. My husband said we will never cook another turkey in the oven.
