We placed this in our trailer on the wall. It is great for cutting meat and bread. The size is great and the holder is great to place on the wall.

I have owned the Cuisinart CEK-40 Electric Knife for several years now and I couldn't be happier with the quality and performance. It has been used to carve roasts, turkey, ham, chicken, and even slice bread. The blades never seem to need sharpening. When I first purchased this knife I thought it was a bit over-priced but after years of hard use, I know otherwise. This knife was built to last and last and last! Spend the extra and get the best. I have bought two more of these as wedding gifts and the couples I gave them to are just as impressed as I am with the quality and performance.

Great knife I have 2 one for my kitchen one for food and one for cutting other items like Styrofoam,cut flowers,cardboard and many other items I use this knife for scissors and easier on my fingers and arms. It never gets dull either.

This the best electric knife I have ever had. I cut up a turkey that I had roasted, and my knife cleaned that bird so well I only needed to cook the bones for soup. I love the bread knife for cutting not only bread, but bundt cakes and angel food cakes, it does not crush the cakes. This knife also looks really good on my counter. This knife is so versitile that I would not have any other.

It's easy to use,and clean! It's great to cut even slices and make your food look as good as it taste! Which is important to me.
I love entertaining,and it' a great tool, it even looks great!
I love to cut the meat right in front of my quest it is impressive and it's entertaining for the quest,I think they feel special and that is my goal! Thank you for making my party go so well!
