beautiful and easy to install,
September 28, 2006
"A perfect addition to our "new" kitchen! This fan is modern and fashionable for our semi-updated kitchen. It was very easy to assemble, and equally easy to install. The size is perfect for small spaces and the look is "TODAY!", even though it is located in our 1939 kitchen with originial metal cabinetry and red pine flooring! Love it!"

Wheeeew!!,

"I have 8 hampton bay fans in my home, and have never had a problem out of any of them. I bought this fan 3 weeks ago to put into my laundry room. the shorter blades is what I have been looking for! I will always use hampton bay for 3 reasons:
1. style
2. cost
3. quality"

Nice looking but Loud Motor & Low lighting,
January 16, 2010
"The look of this fan is great, the short blades perfect for a smaller room. The only two drawbacks are the loud hum of the motor on all three speeds (gets a little louder the faster it goes), and the poor lighting. Even though it has 3 bulbs, the lighting is still too dim for me, and the output of airflow is not that great, even when it is on high. It just kind of circulates the air. I think maybe you should keep looking and if you can't find a look that is close to this one, then maybe you should buy this one if a humming noise won't bother you."

very noisy, air flow is not good,
January 5, 2010
"I have an 11'X11' kitchen where I installed this fan. It is in the corner, so the short blades are a nice feature. However, the air flow is very low, you can hardly feel it standing near it. Also, when switching from the different fan motor speeds, the motor makes a lot of noise, sort of a grinding noise. I will be replacing this fan with a light fixture instead."

Nice design, but it is so lound.,
September 7, 2009
"I never wrote any online review before, but I have to this time as warning. The fan has nice design, price and even comes with florescence light bulbs, but (BIG BUT) the motor makes unbearable annoying loud humming noise that you cannot believe. As you can see other reviewers are complaining about the same problem it is not the way I installed. I installed ceiling fan a bunch of times. Hampton Bay should not be selling this poor quality product. BIG NO for bed rooms. Maybe fine for outdoor."

Looks nice but performs poorly.,
May 29, 2009
"The overall styling and look of this fan were exactly what me and my wife were looking for in our master bath, but the fan hums loudly. We have eight other ceiling fans in our home and this one is by far the loudest of all of them and they're all 15 years old. I would not recommend this fan."

Excellent Fan for the price,

"I just recently purchased this fan for my guest bedroom and it works great in a 12 x 20 room. You can't beat the price for that size fan either. If you are considering this fan, I highly recommend it. If you can follow simple instructions and can twist a few wires together, this will take 15 minutes to install. Great product!"

36" San Marino Ceiling Fan,
July 7, 2008
"Fan is very attractive and the size fits a bedroom well. It is very powerful for a smaller fan. The quality of manufacture is good and parts fit together well. Installation was a bit more difficult than other fans I have installed as the mounting plate was a bit larger than usual and it was hard to get the wires into the junction box once the wiring was done. I would recommend this product."
