Awesome for work in my basement

I was building some partition walls in my basement and used these to anchor the base of the walls to the concrete slab. I only used 1 between every other stud and could not even make the wall wiggle in the slightest after I was done.
I also like the fact that if I change my mind in a few years I can just unscrew them instead of having to splinter the wood like a with a powder actuated fastner.
Yes, I recommend this product.
