3/10 HP Reinforced Thermoplastic Submersible Sump Pump
The WAYNE 3/10 HP Submersible Sump Pump features a replaceable piggy back tether float switch for automatic operation in sump basins of 14 in. diameter or larger. Its oil-filled, thermally protected motor helps prevent overheating and can pump up to 2,300 GPH at 0 ft. of lift. This pump is solidly built with reinforced thermoplastic housing, volute and impeller and corrosion-resistant stainless steel fasteners.

Received the sump pump today and installed in under a couple of minutes. The quality of the pump seems to be pretty good overall. The only part I had to add was a reducer to the outlet. The float on the pump has the replaceable piggyback type float which is a great option, if the float ever goes out it would be very easy to replace . Tested the pump after installation..works great!

My old sump pump was a pedestal type and finally quit after about 30 years. I found this one on Home Depot's on line site and it had good reviews. So far it works great. Will see about the longevity.

Item came with broken bottom strainer cage, but the motor worked. I installed it anyway, because I needed the tank pumped out. Motor did not sound to good, but for the price, I'll replace it with a better one when this one goes out.

This pump is installed in a dry well,underground and serving a feild of french drains in Tucson AZ. So far little rain to cause the punp to operate. Thus, I cannot really rate the performance. However, the pump arrived swiftly,, in fine shape, starts perfectly with the float switch and apears to be exactly what I had in mind.

Used to dewater the back yard so it's in a 3 foot diameter hole 3 feet deep. On/ off float switch works great with enough lag form on to off to puul the water level down to about 6 inches deep.

I have not used the pump yet because there was nothing telling me, or showing me that the adapter was not included, so I had to go out and buy the adapter, I am pleased with the looks of the pump, but I font know yet until I go out and buy the adapter how it will work
