This Mighty Mule gate lock works like a charm. No more escaping dogs and no more surprise visitors! It installed fairly quickly and hasn't failed once. Very reassuring to have the gate lock solidly every time I go in or out.

This product is great looks and feels strong and looks gaet on my fence.Easy to install the instrcutions are in plain english.I espcially liked the slotted holes for the varying sizes of posts.

Since it was given as a gift for a housewarming present, and won't be installed until February, there's really no review to be made other than the part looked well made. How it functions and how easy it is to install remain to be seen.

Good lock but FYI: it does not come with mounting bolts which is somewhat understandable as every application is different. Make sure you pick up whatever bolts you are going to need to mount this to the gate and post.

I chose this product to make sure no one tried to open the gate manually thereby tearing up the expensive gate opener. Installed easily although added more weight to the gate which I had to compensate for. Would highly recommend.
