11 In. Tip-Out Tray - White

My set came with two plastic trays, four hinges, and all necessary hardware. The only thing I did not see was mounting templates that were described in the instructions. But it was still an easy install with someone's help to hold the drawer front in place while I marked the screw locations on the back, and then again when installing hinges. We were in the process of painting our cabinets, so this was a simple add-on we wanted to do in the process.
If you leave the mounting screws a little loose on the trays, you can slide them up and out easily to wash them periodically.

We bought two sets of this product to clear away all the odds and ends that were cluttering up our bathroom.
Because of the his and her basins size and depth, I installed 2 11" trays behind each tip-out / wood panel (see picture!).
Installation was easy, and the results fantastic.
Family and friends are all very impressed.
I now just need to get two more knobs to complete things.

An efficient spacesaving solution

Removing the false cabinet panels was the hardest part of this project. The kit does not come with any specific instructions on how to do this so I suggest looking at your cabinets before you buy the kit and making sure that you have a plan for getting the false panels out. Panels can be installed differently in different houses so it may be easy to remove yours, but it was quite difficult for me. I would have had to return the kit if my husband hadn't figured out.
Once the panels were out, installing the system wasn't difficult. Just follow the instructions and have someone available to hold the panel in place while you re-affix it to the cabinets.
Each kit you buy comes with 4 hinges and 4 trays (enough to replace two false panels and have two trays in each “drawer”). I used one set of trays in the bathroom and plan to install the other in the kitchen.
Overall, a good way to created extra space in a cramped bathroom.

I love the product. But I wasn't able to install it properly because the template referred to in the instructions was missing. I was able to get it in but it's not as perfect as I would like it to be. The drawer front doesn't set back in like it should.

Great product. Makes a useless space useful and keeps the sink uncluttered. I put one in front of my kitchen sink as well as the wetbar area. Somewhat challenging to install, but worth the effort.

It is amazing how much storage this little tip out tray provides for things on the counter. The only downside is that the plastic tip out tray is not sold separately.
