"I was disappointed when this item arrived to find that I needed basic electrician's skills to install the heater. The description online didn't depict the equipment as needing additional installation to operate. I thought it plugged into an outlet!!!"

"Product works great and is easy to install... When ordering a thermostat for this unit make sure you are viewing the units page... The main baseboard heat page displays a thermostat that is for "hydronic" heat not electric heat... Very confusing..."
