I have been using Casoron granules for over 10 years! I own a home in Oregon and one here in Kansas but unfortunately I have never been able to find the product here in Kansas. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring this product to Kansas. I obviously cannot transport this back and forth across country but I need it here. I am an avid gardener and this is the only product I have ever used that will eliminate new weeds for the entire year. I feel once you have done the initial Spring clean up, you want to be able to enjoy your yard without having to repeat the process of weed clean up again. So worth the money!!!

I hadn't used Caseron for years but when I moved to a new house with overgrown garden beds, I spent days pulling weeds by the roots. I spread the Caseron as directed and no weeds have grown back where the granuels fell. It works great for well-weeded ground.
Pros: Long-Lasting
Cons: just a bit pricey

It does it's job to keep anything from emerging for three-six months. Will kill grass too. Great for gravel driveways. Keep it off the grass unless you want to kill the grass. Won't kill existing weeds. Best applied about Jan-Feb about a month before your temps hit about 60.

After I weeded my planting beds, I hand sprinkled the Casoron granules throughout my planting beds...no harm to my shrubs at all. Love it!
Used this also in WA state for the past nine years and it kept the weeds away for 1/2 a year.
Pros: Functionality, Great Quality

Good product for getting rid of Chrysanthemum weed

I read somewhere that Casoron Granules are effective in getting rid of Chrysanthemum weed so I tried it. After initially pulling the weeds I turned over the soil and then sprinkled the granules and watered. I waited a week or so to see if any growth appeared, nothing came up. I coved the soil with a fabric weed inhibitor and then wood chipped the top. I'm hoping to be done with the annoying always growing Chrysanthemum weed for a while at least.

Casoron works very well around my raspberries to prevent annual weeds. It is easy to apply and works about 4 months.
