Had a bad drainage problem with water sheeting completely under the house and up to a depth of 6 inches at times. Used this drain pipe to install a french drain and despite heavy rains have had no further water problems whatsoever. This product is absolutely wonderful!!! It exceeded all my expectations.
Pros: Reliable, Easy to Install, Good Instructions, No Leaks, Great Value

I just put in my French drain using this and it’s already working. The back yard was full of mud and standing water do to my house being the lowest part of the neighborhood. Every time I cut my grass I would sink in the thick Ohio clay, so I put this in with #57 gravel and landscaping paper, and I can already see the water coming out the end into the creek behind my house. I had to dig about 17” down and 6’ wide for this pipe to set in and slope correctly, but for the first time my yard is actually drying out. Just to let you know, the picture does not have a sock in it, but it does actually come with the sock already on it. It had a few little holes here and there, but well worth the price.

You will be wasting your time installing this French Drain witout the sock on it. I recently replaced 100 ft. of 13 year old tile that had no sock. It was clogged up with tree roots and dirt to the point no water could flow.
I have 10 year old French Drain with the sock on it and it still flows.

I like this product for exterior foundations. this should not be used with downspouts at all. not ever. this is for water drain only with no debris abilities. we remove this stuff on downspouts all the time.
Great for foundation and retaining wall drainage.

I just used 700' of this stuff -- excellent for running French drains. The perforated corrugated pipe with sock seems to be typical quality for this sort of pipe; and the price was considerably better than anything else around.
It was an online purchase; but the shipping (to the store) was free.

Product, with the covering sock seems cool. We'll see when the rains come this summer, just how well it works. I was surprised that it came all the way from Washington, as I would have thought many customers would be buying this product. Took awhile to get it, but not a problem
Pros: Easy to Install
Cons: Too Slow
