Great Product and Serves Purpose

I purchased this product to replace a coil vent. I had problems with air leaking in, but this product definitely fixed that problem. I was apprehensive about the cover being too awkward since my dryer vents on the side of the house, but I have no complaints. I also like how the plastic cover detaches for cleaning and blocks rodents and debris from entering. Definitely a great product for the price!

i got tired of my old vent being clogged i live in a double wide home i covered the old hole that went thru the floor and installed this one through the side of the house looks good and wont get clogged easy removable screen for cleaning

This was a very well designed product. It installed without any problems and looks pretty good sticking out the side of my house. I was aprehensive about drilling a whole in my house but it looks great.
The only caution that I have is the metal duct that is attached to the plastic vent is relatively flimsy. Care should be taken when handling it.
The plastic vent comes in two parts. The part this is installed in the new opening and has the closing flaps and the grill which can be unsnapped in order to clean when necessary. Bbeing plastic means that it can be painted to any color desired (it only comes in white).
In short, this is a very inexpensive and well made product.
