The BEHR Multi-Surface Roof Paint is a premium quality, durable, 100% acrylic latex flat finish. This coating is mildew and algae resistant and will not discolor or yellow when exposed to typical high roof temperatures. It has excellent adhesion to various types of roofing materials and is tintable to match a variety of custom colors. Ideal for use on new or old unglazed tile, masonry shingle, anchored gravel, aluminum/metal materials, composite sheet, asphalt shingles, concrete or cement Block, urethane foam, slate or wood shake roofs.

Excellent at reflecting sunlight and keeping roof surface cool. If applied properly, it makes a huge difference on surface temperature of shingles. We applied it with a sprayer, and with dark shingles, it needed a second coat. On metal surfaces (gutters, valleys, etc.) one coat was enough. Overall, very satisfied with this product.

Says it will cover 250 to 450 sq ft. I only got 94 sq ft per gallon using a roller. Got about 300 sq ft using a sprayer and it's going to take at least 2 coats probably 3. It took me almost 2 hours to roll one gallon of paint. Very hard to do to get good coverage. Even using a sprayer it's going to take at least twice as much paint as it says.
Pros: Very Adhesive, High Quality of Material, Dries Quickly
Cons: poor coverage

Cant mix into other colors other than white.
White is too bright and stands out in the neighborhood.
Make my roof an odd looking house.
I compensated by doing high contrast trimming and base colors
