This cooker is great, it has reduced the time it takes me to make beer by half. My only complaint is that it will soot the bottom of the pot at low heat ands that all of the paint purns off in the first use,

Big flame. Big BTU. Love that there is no automatic temperature cutout. Stable and low to the ground.

I use this cooker to brew beer with. It boils water extremely quickly with very little black residue on the bottom of the pot. Very simple and easy to clean. The first couple of times you use it, the black paint will bake off the hottest areas.

I used it for the 1st time this weekend. I heated and handled an 80 Quart pot w/ basket with 35 lbs of crawfish, corn and potatoes all in about 40 quarts of water. Got the water to a rolling boil fast and had no problem supporting the weight.
