I cannot believe you still have not changed this website. It repeats "1500W" several places, and the product box labels it as only 1300W.
I'm angry and determined not to buy from you now.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I purchased this item yesterday based on the advertised specifications (1500W heater) but when I picked it up at the store, I found that the heater is only 1300W.
Now I read about how noisy it is, I think I'm going to take it back.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Found the heater caused a very loud 60 hz noise. Could not live with it. Found bracing the motor to the case reduced to lower levels. Other than that, it works great.

The heater is great, makes the whole room warm. The down side is the start up noise. Sounds like it is broken but then settles out to a hum. The price is a little high I would have expected two pay about $20.00 less. Other than that a great system; easy to install and easy to read instructions.
Yes, I recommend this product.

The only reason I purchased this fan/light/heater was that it fit the opening and was the same brand that quit working after 5 years. Heater fan vibrates and is noisy needs to be corrected by company on future units.

Someone gave this to us when we did our bathroom 2.5 years ago, and recently the exhaust fan stopped working. The heater still works, and it works very well for our small bathroom.
Since these units are not that expensive, I just bought another one to swap out. No muss or fuss with wiring and the hole in the ceiling.
Hopefully this one will last longer, or I'll be moving on to another brand. I would probably steer clear of this model if I was starting a fresh installation.

A fan, light, heater is a fan, light, heater. They do their thing, but all of them are not very attractive unless you pay way too much money for them!!

Our home was built in 2001 these have lasted until 2011 just recently when the heat side quit working. The exhaust fan works fine. For the price I will replace it with the same thing. Overall the noise is a little louder then newer products but the heater blows very good and takes very little to heat up a bathroom.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Excellent product

We chose this product because it combined a lighted exhaust fan with an electric room heater. We installed a separate circuit for the heater to avoid overloading existing wiring. Installation was not overly complex. Because of the heater, it requires more than just a "plugging it in" level of understanding of electric.
Once installed it worked well as a heater, light source and vent. I would classify it as "very good" at all functions. That doesn't sound like a raving review, but what makes this unit very special is that it does all 3 at a reasonable price. It tends to be a little loud, particularly when the heat is running. It will keep a bathroom toasty on a cold morning. I'd recommend it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

This is the fan/heat/light to install if you're flipping a house and want to go cheap. I installed one for that reason, but wound up keeping the house. Fan motor burned out after 6 yrs. Installed another fan that also died in 6 yrs. Light cover yellowed when I put a 75 (or was it 100?) watt bulb and that was that, yellowed forever. My model had a tiny little box for the wires, very difficult to cram them all in.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This product fit the need for a fan/light/heater at an affordable price; considering the use; though wish it was quieter. It replaced a similar product installed about 20 years ago in a guest area.

All components of this combo unit work great. The heater is very loud. The fan is very loud.
I purchased the unit for both bathrooms in my house online. After they were installed I found that they are very unattractive. You can see right through the slats on the fan and heater to see all the wires and inner workings. I hadn't expected that. The price can't be beat. However, after seeing the product I wish I had researched more and spent money and got a product that looks nice.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The box where the wiring is made up is 1/3 the size it should be. Nutone should have it tested in the field if they are going to hire an engineer who lives in a perfect world. The braces that you screw to the stud are too weak and the braces that are suppose to go from truss to truss are the width of a stud to stud. It takes a good three hours to install when replacing an old one if you want to be sure it is going to stay put. Other than that it seams to be a good unit.
No, I do not recommend this product.

i have compared many fan/heater/vent combos at two different home depots this unit is a little loud but the shower would probably be just as loud my wife's grandma has had this unit for over 6 years the only problem she has had was when she put a 100watt bulb in by mistake it melted the plastic cover & almost started a fire oops! the unit is a deal remember to buy a quality venting kit also because of the heater it requires its own 20amp breaker nutone has the owners manual in pdf online shows what you need to install it correctly if you can't do the work your self it is a good idea to read this info your self because this unit will take a little bit more time & effort to put in than just a vent/fan but it is worth it you will be glad you did this does great job heating a bathroom
