This rugged aluminum door canopy is designed to stand up to harsh rain, snow and sun. It reduces summer cooling cost as much as 20% while keeping you safe from the elements. Our aluminum door canopy will keep your furnishings from fading due to the daily exposure to sunlight. All awnings are shipped with standard support arms that can be adjusted during installation for maximum projection. All undersides are powder coated white. Needed something to just keep me dry why fumbling for keys on rainy days. Bought 48" for above my backdoor & a 60" for above my garage door. The 60" also gives my some coverage for rainy/snowy day grillin'!
Awings arrived quickly (4 days). I didn't open the boxes until Saturday AM, then found the suppor bars were missing in both. I called cusomer service (Home Depot) got a call back on Monday from the manufacturer, had missing parts in a few days. Did push the project back. Assesmbly of the 1st took about 1.5 hours by myself. 2nd took about 1/2 hour. Happy with the quality. Service for the missing parts was good,

This product has enchanced my front door entrance as well as protect my door from the weather. Initially, I didn't think the color would match the shutters, but to my surprise it do. Since I had it installed I have gotten so many compliments. I love my awning.

I really appreciate how light the awning is for ease of installation. It appears to be reasonably durable. If it holds up as I hope it will, it will definitely be good value for money.

This is our second canopy just like this. Last one lasted 12 years, Big chunk of ice came off our roof to take out the old one. Easy to put together and install. Do not do it on a windy day. There are more expensive ones out there, but this is a great bang for the buck.

Bought this awning to protect an exerior door that was getting hammered by rain. Assembling the pieces of the awning was frustrating because about 40% of the pre-drilled holes didn't quite line up. I ended up drilling my own holes and securing pieces with bolts to by more sturdy that the tiny screws supplied. After all, it will be hit with heavy wind and rain. Once we got it mounted (2 person job) and the following days of rain, it performed well and protects the door fine.

Upon trying to replace the awning I had I came upon this one, which is close. My son-in-law and and his friend installed it two days ago. It took them about 1 1/2 hrs. to complete. I pictured it to be somewhat deeper from front to back I think because it curves down in the front it appears to be shorter. It was hung at the exact same height as my old awning , but it looks higher I think the pitch is different. I guess it will take me time to adjust to the new look. It does what it is meant to over my front steps.

This is really easy, just follow the instructions and don't get in a hurry. I seems big but 1 person can easily do the job. It doesn't appear to be as durable as it is. We live where there is lots of strong winds and this thing has held up like a charm. Also the price is excellent, less then 1/2 of what a commercial installer wanted. I got 2 and the shipping was free which made the deal even sweeter.

The 2500 Series 48 in. x 42 in. Aluminum Door Canopy in White is a great item. It is not too hard to assemble and install. Provides great shade and rain protection to the side and rear doors. So far wind is not a problem for this awning. I’m very satisfied with this purchase!

We installed this awning over french doors on the south side of our house. It works great for keeping the sun from heating up the doors, and is a real plus to have when it is raining. I would reccomend these awnings for anyone. Easy installing, and durable make this a great buy.
