NOT very stainable! Stained entirely Different than surrounding wood. *Big Regret*

No, I do not recommend this product.
Problem is, is that even after sanding down the pine and removing all the excess wood filler when staining it there was discoloration around the wood filler. And I had really sanded down all the way down to the pine and there wasn't any discoloration around the filler holes until I stained the piece, and they suddenly appeared.
(wish I had researched before using this product) from one of many forums about wood filler: *but almost every filler takes stain differently than the surrounding wood and often this is a result of the filler clogging the pours around the hole you filled. As a result the color changes not only around the hole, but on the filler in the hole as well.
