The plastic steam nozzle cracked after the second use. I also found that the plastic parts and hinges are flimsy and do not close securely.
We needed to fill the water tank with hot water in order to have our coffee come out hot rather than warm.

I love this machine....I wanted to have a brewer and espresso in one, and this is a great price for a great machine. I love the milk frother too, it makes thick sweet foam! Perfect for those at home Latte's!

I love the flexibility of being able to make regular coffee or espresso drinks whenever- especially while hosting out-of-town guests or entertaining. The espresso maker is large enough to make good, strong espresso (which has not been the case with other brands). I'm very pleased with the product and hope it lasts!
