DC14 - Telescope Reach All Floors Upright Vacuum
The highlight of this vacuum is a specially designed wand that instantly expands to 17 ft. at the touch of a button, to clean hard to reach spaces such as stairs, window panes, high ceilings, and underneath low furniture. It also has a large capacity removable clear bin that allows the user to throw away accumulated dust and dirt without having to touch it. It also features a lifetime HEPA filter that never needs to be replaced.

"OH MY GOSH! My husband & I were skeptical about spending so much money on a vacuum. We did a lot of research about Dyson products, read reviews & decided to make this purchase. We are amazingly pleased with this vacuum. It does everything and more + it exceeded our espectations. We can't believe the power & suction. Thought your home was clean before? Try this product and you'll wish you had made the decision sooner. LOVE IT."

No Smell!,

"Bought this almost six months ago and have not done a soap and water clean on it and with a house full of dogs and cats, I would have expected an animal smell by now. There is none. It smelled clean as I vacuumed from day one and still smells clean as I vacuum today. It works great on hard floors, getting every tiny bit of litter and pulls the hair in instead of blowing it around or up like most vacuums would. Works great on carpet too, but I don't have too much carpet to contend with, that is why I purchased this model. My only complaint is that I have to cut the hair off my brush wheel after every use and that may just be due to the high volume of animals in our household."

"This is by far the BEST vacuum I have ever owned (and I have owned many vacuums). We have Oriental rugs, other area rugs, hardwood floors and tile in our home. The Dyson cleans everything perfectly. I don't even bother changing the setting from carpet to hard floors - either works well with my combo flooring. I didn't want to spend $400 on a vacuum cleaner, but I have had many for $200 or less and they don't do a good job. Also they stop working after a couple of years. I like the "easy empty" (and visible) dirt catcher and the way the accessories all fit neatly on the vacuum. The accessory hose is built into the handle and it's a simple process to pull it out and clean hard to reach areas. The hose is partially stiff so it takes getting used to when trying to clean baseboard areas. The extra long cord allows me to clean several rooms without unplugging the cord. It has a great warranty and I have recommended it to friends and family. The Dyson vacuum is definitely worth the price."

"I have had my dyson for 2 months now it rocks. I was always about bisslle but, after my father got one i used it i loved it. He has the purple pet not a ball. The yellow one i have just the same. I am very pleased it was well worth the 4 year wait to get one."

"I purchased a Dyson after my Hoover of less-than-5-years "decided I needed a new vacuum." After 3-weeks of ownership, I couldn't be more pleased...
I can say without any hesitation the Dyson has the best suction of any vacuum I've ever owned. I have a dark circular hand-woven rug in my kitchen, and the Dyson gets up fuzz/fur that my Hoover was unable to remove. It was also kind of disgusting to see the amount of dirt my other vacuum left behind.
The styling/colors are very modern and vibrant. I find the cord to be long enough for my needs (I think it's 35 feet long), but I wish the base was not as tall/high as it is. The height prevents you from vacuuming under the bed, etc.
Using the telescope has been a challenge for me at this point, but I'm hopeful I will become more accustomed to it the more I use it...
I would highly recommend this vacuum!!!!"

"Talked my wife in to this dyson and i have to say it is the best vacuum ever! Why spend $200 on something else and have it last a year or two. I got it and ran it and you would not belive the dirt that the old vacuum was not picking up!.......Like they say.....You get what you pay for!!"

"This vacuum is sensational! I never thought I would use that word to describe a vacuum of all things! It is very easy to use, especially the tools and extended arm - you can actually reach cobwebs in tall corners without climbing on top of a piece of furniture. And it is so easy to empty - just click the button and everything falls into the trash - no dust flying everywhere, no shaking to get little pieces trapped in odd corners. I can't even describe how happy I am to vacuum now. (oh, I forgot to mention how it seems to automatically adjust from carpet to bare floors - it didn't mention that in the features but I don't have to switch the lever and it still gets EVERYTHING!)"

"I really like this vacuum -- it does very well on hardwood floors and pretty darn good against our two animals on the carpet. I'm a fan of bagless and this is, by far, the easiest to empty. But...the attachment is a little difficult to use (you have to "assemble" it every time you want to use it and you can't use it unless your cord is all the way unwound). And I'm not quite sure it's $400 great. But it is a great vacuum -- the best I've owned!"

"I thought it seemed like a lot of money for a vacuum cleaner too ...... but it is worth every penny. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids and we couldn't believe how dirty our carpets were before we bought this vacuum. My parents thought my husband and I were crazy to put that much money into a vacuum, but guess who has one now? They do! I will never have anything other than a Dyson."

"At first I was Sceptical about the vacuum, but the more I studied the design the more sense it made. I could not believe what the Dyson vacuum got out of my carpets. All the dust, dirt and lint that was in the canister made it seem like my floors were never vacuumed before. Prior to buying a Dyson I was thinking maybe we might have to replace our carpets, but the Dyson Cyclone brought our carpets back to life. Then cleaning and caring for the vacuum is unbeatable. just easily disassemble the canister components and wash all parts and filter in the sink with just water. The long power cord is a big plus I only have to move to another power outlet once in our two story house. What made my mind up to go ahead and purchase this vacuum was Mr. Dyson's testimony and his obsession with his product. Other vacuum manufactures are always trying to infringe upon his patents. If there's One thing I have been finding out is most companies they try to keep their sale or revenue up by making you buy more of their accessories or parts (ie) bags or canister filters that go with their medeoker product and could care less about new technology to benefit the consumer. I now know other vacuum manufacturers wished they had bought Mr. Dyson's patents and put it on the shelf and continued to design and sale their flawed designs."

"I still can't believe I spent this much for a vacuum cleaner. But, let me tell you - it is definately worth it! The suction is AMAZING - I am apalled at the amount of dirt and dust that gets in my carpets, but this machine gets it out! I like that the cord is very long - if I plug into a central outlet, I can do my whole house without having to move the plug. One of the best features is that it is easy to empty. I am allergic to dust and always had to have my husband empty it - it was messy dealing with the filter, too. This machine eliminates all that. It is relatively quiet and easy to maneuver. The upholstery cleaner is a bit akward, but may just take some getting used to. All in all, a great investment - my carpets have never been cleaner!"

"we have purchased many, many vacuum cleaners over the years. and most of them were much more pricey than our new yellow bagless upright all-floors vacuum. however, none have been as good. my wife suffers from allergies and this vacuum does not create more dust than it takes in as most others do. in addition, this one runs much quieter and is easier to handle.

"I LOVE this machine. I have small children and sometimes accidently pick up small toys. It is so easy to remove them from the machine. It is so easy to empty and I never have to touch the mess. I also love that the attachments are stored on the machine. No more lost attachments or children playing sword with attachment parts."
