Like but dissapointed too

I've not had much luck in the machine BAKING the bread. They all come out SHORT, VERY DENSE, but also very tasty. But the short and dense ruin it. However I'm using it to kneed the dough, and then put in pans for the oven. This works very well so while I"m very dissapointed in not being able to bake in the machine the KNEEDING part works very well. I've even tried extra yeast and/or vital wheat gluton... it still is short and heavy.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I had a Kenmore bread machine and it is old like me so time for a new machine and I bought this Cuisinart bread machine because it does pie dough too. This is great I never have to do any dough by hand again.
