Everyone needs the GE Profile Harmony 4.0 washer and dryer! This washer makes washing clothes fun! Takes alot of the guesswork out of washing clothes as well! Precise water and detergent level for each load - great WATER SAVER! SO QUIET I had to check if it was washing the clothes! KING size down comforters wash with ease! This washer SPINS the clothes at such a high speed they hardly take any time to dry in the dryer! Even an EXTENDED SPIN cycle! A HANDWASH cycle among the 40 some CYCLES to choose from is just one of our favorites. Get this! Even a program for MANY EVERY DAY STAINS and how to get them OUT!! This washer is more than EFFICIENT! IT'S PERFECTION!!

I received this washer and its companion dryer two days ago, and they are unlike any washer and dryer I've ever seen. The tub senses the size of the load and adds the precise amount of water needed for that load. It uses an infusion system to gently, but thoroughly, wash the clothes, and they always come out clean. You can program the machine for the type stains you have, as well as the type fabric, soil level, and special washing/rinsing instructions - i.e., extra rinse, extra spin, etc. This is truly one of the most amazing machines I have ever seen, and I absolutely love it! I've told all my friends about this washer and dryer, and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.

I have had my washer (and dryer) now for 3 years. They have performed wonderfully and I love them!! Both the dryer and washer offer many cycles which is great for odd items you're washing. My only complaint and advice to any of you out there......just recently the top loading lid of the washer completely shattered (for no obvious reason like something heavy dropping on it). The only thing I can think of is that there was a hairline crack which triggered this. I would suggest you NEVER set your laundry basket (or detergent) on the lid so this doesn't happen to you! I have done this but won't anymore as the new lid is $165.00 not counting the service call and labor!! :(
Otherwise both are great and they hold huge loads.
(I recommend turning off the feature where the washer tells the dryer how to dry the load).....sometimes I prefer to not dry things as much or more depending on the fabric, etc....Also both are quiet.

"Everyone needs the GE Profile Harmony 4.0 washer and dryer, they are the greatest. Washing clothes is really fun now! It clean King Size Comforters and wash with ease! This Washer SPINS the clothes at a high speed it hardly takes any time to dry in the dryer!

I am extremley happy with my profile harmony washer and dryer. They are so simple to use and very versatile. I especially like the fact that the dryer selects the cycle based on what I have entered into the washer. Also, all the choices it gives means I don't have to do a lot of reviewing labels in order to do my wash. I would highly recommend this combination.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A WASHER&DRYER WHICH WILL SAVE YOU MONEY AND TIME, "THIS IS THE DUO"! I RECEIVED MINE TODAY AND I AM AMAZED AT IT'S PERFORMANCE. THIS WILL NOT ONLY SAVE YOU MONEY ON YOUR ELECTRIC BILL BUT THE WATER BILL AS WELL. IT ONLY USES THE AMOUNT OF WATER NEEDED TO CLEAN A SPECIFIC LOAD BASED ON THE WEIGHT AND CONTENT, THEN WHEN THE WASHER IS FINISHED, IT "COMMUNICATES WITH THE DRYER" AND TELLS THE DRYER HOW LONG TO DRY A PARTICLE LOAD BASED ON WEIGHT AND CONTENT.

I just received my washer and dryer. They work extremely well. The washing machine is very quiet. You almost forget that you're doing laundry. The features on this machine is unbelievable. You have so many choices. Your clothes are really, really clean. The dryer also to this machine is dynomite. The washer communicates with the dryer. If you're looking for a washer and dryer, this is a really good duo. I am so happy with the washer and dryer. I was looking forward to washing the next load of clothes. Buy this machine. You will be satisfied.

This washer is very quiet - my guests think someone is getting water when the basket is filling, and never realize it is the wash machine. Easy to use controls make it fun to wash clothes - even the younger ones want to do it! I've run double the loads I did with my previous washer (because larger items fit - no more drycleaner for the comforters), and my power bill hasn't changed. My clothes are cleaner than before and I use less detergent. The machine may be expensive upfront, it more than makes up for it in lower operating costs and convenience. I recommend this washer (and it's companion dryer) to everybody I know, and even some I don't!
