We have a very large sandbox in the backyard that brings in the dust to our home. I bought two to test them. I have had them a month and they work great. They are quiet and now I only have to dust the rooms once a week not everyday. My electric bill did not go up more than a dollar. Home depot also had the best price with free delivery and I got them within a couple of days. I will be ordering more for each bedroom too. They a well worth the money.

This unit is so quiet I can barely hear it standing next to it. I was so impressed with this unit that I went back and bought two additional ones. It is too bad, however, as I understand that this unit is being replaced. I loved it so much that I coerced the sales people to sell me the floor unit at two different home depot stores so that all of my units would be alike. They are great--the dust and pet hairs have been reduced substantially and my friends say that they can tell that I don't cough nearly as much as before. I may have had unknown allergies; however, those seem to have been resolved since adding these units to my home. Thank you Honeywell and Home Depot.

I bought 2 of these and love them! I got them for my allergies and now have no problems sleeping at night. I have indoor/outdoor pets and the amount of pollen they bring in is astounding. i woul recommend these to anyone!

This is a great unit that does exactly what it is suppose to do. It has many fan settings so that you can select exactly what you want. The filters are easy to clean and reattach to the purifier. It has a swivel base so you can direct the air flow to wherever you want. My elderly mom doesnt like air of any kind to blow on her, so this feature does help me set the unit to the correct position.

I have had this filter for at least a year now and I haven't had any problems with it. It is SUPER quiet. It's nice to have 3 levels for the power of the fan, and the oscillating feature is nice as well. I've used it fairly regularly for the past year and have never had any issues with it. Not having to hunt down replacement filters is a big plus!

The units are very good looking which makes it easy to put in any room of the house . The unit operates quickly and quietly cleaning the air in a large room within 20 minutes . I purchased this air purifier about two months ago, it is placed in my living room. I have two ferrets and two parrots, all of which live in the living room. I put this purifier near my parrots, hoping to trap as much of their dander and down feathers as possible. Prior to the purifier, my ferrets sneezed and coughed quite a bit. Within a day of running the purifier, the sneezing almost totally stopped, which tells me this thing is doing a lot of work. When I clean it, I hit the filters with compressed air from my air compressor and am amazed at how much dirt gets blown back out. This has been a great investment for providing better quality air to all of the animals that live in my house.

I was shopping for a better air cleaner than I had. I decided to check out the Home Depot web page. I checked out each and every one of the air cleaners that Home Depot had to offer, and read all of the reviews that people had written. I received this model and had it plugged in within minutes. WOW!!! I could not believe how quiet it was, even on high!! I didn't find that the air blowing out was too cold either. After a couple of weeks, or even days, I noticed such a difference in the quality of air. I just ordered another one!! Great deal. This is the one!!

I actuall y came to this site looking for a replacement for this very Purifier. I was very impressed when I first purchased it not having to buy replacement filters, HOWEVER.... I have had the filter for a year and wash the filter regularly unfortunately, once the indicator light turned yellow, it never returned to green no matter HOW MUCH I washed the filters. That happened after about a month an a half. Maybe because I am a smoker?
I have had it for a year and it seems the oscillator wears out even though it is not running 24/7, now it oscillates when it wants to. Could I have done better with a true HEPA for 50.00 and replacing the filters? Most likely so.
I t may not increase the electricty bill much but at 189.00 (which is what I paid originally) for the limited usage, I am VERY disappointed. Divide that by 12 and add the added electricity to get the true costs, yes, filters would have been cheaper.
Loved it when I purchased it, not so much now.

I've had allergies and asthma all my life, and I also have an older chihuahua who also has allergies, and it was making me sick to hear her sneezing and coughing all the time. I've been through plenty of air purifiers and none did the trick for me. After reading the reviews on this one, I went to my local Home Depot and purchased one. Set up was as simple as pie. And within two hours, my chi was sleeping like a log, breathing fine and easy, my nose cleared up like a highway, and I haven't had to use my asthma inhaler once so far. The only drawback is the very cool air that is directed out of the vents. Otherwise, this gets five stars, and i'd recommend it to anyone who has allergies, or has pets who have allergies. It really works!

I bought this because my daughter has very bad allergies. Since I have gotten the Oscillating Tower QuietClean Air Purifier I have noticed that it has really helped her breathing at night. Also since we have had it she has not awaken in the middle of the night with an ear ache because of her allergies.

It operates quietly at speed 1, and at the highest speed the sound is not obtrusive. The oscillation can make a chilly breeze in winter. The air feels better shortly after turning the unit on.

My allergies were acting up and I was so miserable. I normally use only one medication a day, but today, I used three and none of them worked. I bought the Honeywell Oscillating Air Purifier and my god, it worked that day. I could breathe through both nostrils and the room felt cleaner and fresher. I love that it oscillates because it grabs air from all over the room. It's so lightweight that I can move it from room to room and it is sooo quiet. Another great feature is that is energy rated meaning you will not have a high utility bill from running it 24/7.

I was having the allergy attack of my life; it had lasted 3 days. In desperation I bought this air purifier, and within a few minutes, you could feel the difference in the air. Within two hours my attack was over. It is reasonably quiet, moves a LOT of air, and has three settings (the lowest one is extremely quiet). It had definitely made a difference in my life--I recommend it highly.
