Neat and well thought out, results may vary

We purchased this with the thought of saving time (building my own from scratch) and it delivers on that point. Fairly simple construction and fun - aside from a bit of aggravation (more on the below).
This project took me several days to complete - mostly because I'm a slow worker and I spend a lot of time on the details.
Do note, none of the trim work comes pre-primed, that alone took me a while as I primed and painted it all prior to assembly.
I had some rotten wood on the floor board which I cut out and replaced myself. I was mostly disappointed in the fact that the gables were a bit twisted/warped, as was the top of the back wall. This combination through the backside of the roof out of whack, where the roof sheeting wouldn't fit. Rather than rebuild, I bought a replacement 4x8 of OSB and cut it to fit.
I was surprised that the underside of the floor/base was only partially pressure treated wood (just the part touching the ground), I would have preferred the entire set of 2x3's used to build the floor/base to be pressure treated wood. So, to help protect it - I primed/painted much of the underside.
I had a handful of additional minor problems with the wood quality, at which I contacted the manufacturer who responded with a small discount. They were responsive via email both before and after my purchase ... which was nice.
I'm guessing your results may vary, the packing/wrapping was torn off during shipping and several pieces of wood got wet ... so I imagine that led to some of the warping issues.
The HomeDepot site suggested 3 bundles of shingles - which worked great, and 2 gallons of paint ... which isn't right. I hardly used a full gallon after I primed the walls first. Maybe they were suggesting a gallon for the exterior and another for the trim work.
The two triangle exterior pieces (toppers) didn't line up with the grooves on the wall, another minor visual annoyance.
My wife found a number of staples/nails that were exposed (shot through, missed mark) which I plan to dremmel off, since this is a kids play house after all.
We plan to prime/paint the interior, since it is a bit ugly unfinished. I didn't realize the kid door was a split door. Nor did I realize the kids doorknob was for decoration (not functional).
The adult size door is great, one day this will be my shed!
The whole contraption is quite heavy on delivery, don't be hero and try and disassemble it on the delivery crate by yourself (like I started to do), once I cut the metal strap, the whole stack shifted on top of me - at which point I had to prop it up and get some help (it is heavy).
Shingling for the first time was "not fun", took half the day. But a good learning experience. I think I spent about $75 on shingles.
I had a nail gun to help tack down the trim work and hold the larger pieces in place so I could screw/anchor them down, which helped a bit. I'd say I built more than 50% of it by myself, but there are parts and pieces that just make a whole lot more sense if you have help.

i saw this and i thought to myself this is a great product
because kids can pretend they own a house and It looked just like a real house. if a kid saw this in his backyard he would be so happy. It is worth every penny. I went to the home depot by the sawgrass mills mall and I saw this item . the details were great. I thought to myself boy I wish I had this when I was
a kid. I think all parents should get there kids this. that is why
I give it 5 stars.
