It's a lemon painted white!,
June 8, 2009
"I bought this dishwasher about two years ago and all started well but after a year and a half the control panel went out. Actually it began going out when it was just a little over a year old and we hobbled it along for a few more months. The replacement part, which costs about $150.00, lasted only about 6 months and I needed to wait two weeks for the part to arrive at the distribution center before they sent it to me. I'm now on my third control panel (including the original it came with) and we'll see how long this one lasts but I'm really dissatisfied with this machine. One would expect it to last longer than it has for the price we paid - with repairs this lemon costs about $300.00 a year to keep running and that doesn't include soap and water. I think back to those commercials with the Maytag repairman, bored and alone, waiting for a that elusive phone call that never comes which suggests that their machines never break down. The reality is that he's inundated with repair orders for this dishwasher and is refusing any more calls - he's hiding from embarrassment. I know I'll NEVER buy another Maytag product."

Worked GREAT...for a while,
March 27, 2009

"I purchased this to replace the antique mustard colored one inour house when we moved in in 2006. I used it daily and was very excited about the options in dish placement, ease of use, and overall appeal. But this month it started acting funny, and now the electronic control panel has completely stopped working, with no hope of repair. If you can get it, it costs more than half the cost of a new washer, and Maytag has stopped making the part from what I can find, so you have to get a third party replacement and hope your two hundred hard earned dollars are not misplaced on the internet. I really expected more from this brand, and will not be replacing it with another Maytag. 2.5 years is not long enough for what I paid."

"It is a good machine but after 18 months my controller quit working. It is very expensive to replace so I will buy a different brand and model."

I love this dishwasher!,
April 8, 2007
"When I went to buy a dishwasher, I intended to buy one from another manufacturer which, of course, was cheaper. When my daughter saw this Maytag model, she loved it and asked me to come over and see it. Even though it was a little more than I wanted to spend, it had great features. Now that it's in my home, I have to say it is so quiet and easy to use. My dishes are now so clean they shine. This is my first brand new dishwasher, and it's great! Take my advice. Check this dishwasher out and I know you'll love it as much as I do."

Wonderful Product,

"We purchashed the Maytag Tall Tub dishwasher several months ago and I love it. It has deep trays that allows you to put almost any size dish or pot in the lower or even the top rack. We have 5 children and you can only imagine how many dishes are used daily. This dishwasher meets all of our needs and the time delay feature is wonderful. I like being able to set it while we sleep and wake up in the morning with clean dishes."

Well Worth It,
November 28, 2006
"This dishwasher is indeed very quite and it does a great job in cleaning the dishes. The Maytag Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher has a Auto Clean cycle which adjusts cleaning cycle according to how clean or how dirty dishes are by using the Precision Clean sensor. Using this feature may wash and last longer than the rest.
The QuietSeries 300 sound package sure backs up its name because it is definately quite when compared to my previous dishwasher.
It is worth the money."

Maytag Dishwasher,
June 15, 2006
"I recently purchased this dishwasher thinking we would be staying at the house in which we were living. We ended up selling our house and moving into another one which has an older dishwasher. I am planning to purchase this same one again to update our kitchen. It does a very effective job of cleaning and drying. I like the feature that makes sure the dishes are really clean. The tall tub fits plenty of dishes. It seemed to take a long time to finish a cycle of washing, but overall I was pleased and will purchase it again."
