Ice Cream and Sorbet by the quart!,

"I have been using my automatic ice cream and sorbet maker for a couple of weeks now and have had nothing but good experiences with it. I keep the "cold" container in my freezer all the time so it is ready any time I want to make something refreshing. I have always wanted to be able to make Italian ices the way I had them as a child - totally frozen yet smooth and creamy with NO ice crystals. I was amazed that in using this machine and an old recipe I was able to create the exact consistency I remember from my youth. I have made several quarts of the stuff since and every single time it turns out perfectly. The unit is NOT noisy and easy to assemble and clean. Buy it - you'll like it!"

"Easy to use and clean, but doesn't freeze ice cream firmly--you'll have to finish freezing it in the freezer afterward."
