Good quality ladder, difficult to open

I like this product for it being a good, solid, heavy duty ladder form the ladies in my clinics to use. However, it is not easy to open up, and if you start off wrong, it can end up being nearly impossible to correct and open properly.
Pros: Sturdy, Durable, Nice Design
Cons: Difficult to Install, must only start of open it one way

I weight 350 pounds and I have bough several step stools that stated 300 lb. capacity, but they seemed flimsy to me. I saw the Little Giant Latter on QVC and they seemed very strong. I did a search for Little Giant and found this step stool at Home Depot. It is built a lot stronger then the other stools I have, and I am not afraid to use this to do my work on.

Good product. Lightweight enough so I don't have to struggle lifting it. Small enough to carry in vehicle and 2 steps are just right for reaching higher cabinets. Would recommend to a friend.

I bought these step stool ladders for work & they have survived a manufactuing environment for 2 years. Based on that I bought one for home use and have been extreamly happy. They are constructed of quality metal rather than thin junk. Expensive but worth the $$$
