Works well and nice design however temp adjust dial feels like cheap plastic. Takes some getting used to because you have to push the lever down before you make your temp and button adjustments. Also it doesn't warm frozen bagels enough even if you hit the "frozen" button, but does fine with regular ones.

I purchased the toaster for my daughter who is a college student. She decided to move into her own apartment, and I bought the toaster for her. It is perfect, as she can cook toast and bagels in the unit. Not being much of a chef, I believe that she will really put this toaster to the test. I think I made a wise choice by purchasing this.
