We have owned this same refrigerator twice in 3 years. We moved to brand new houses. We loved the price and functionality and it was very easy to clean and not too many fingerprints compared to our stainless appliances. However, if you have children this may not be the refrigerator. It dents very easily and once it dents it is hard to fix even if fixable. It is very noticable of the dents as well due to the material being very shiny. If you dont' have children this would be a great purchase, we have decided not to purchase this at our new home. We are going to spend the couple dolloars more because it will be worth it.

I'm a first-time homeowner and am pleased that the GE GSL25JFTBS is my first refrigerator. While shopping for home appliances finding reliable, cost efficient products with great features and quality workmanship was very important to me. In the end I felt that the service and knowledge of the Sales Associates at Home Depot was the perfect fit for me. Not to mention, Home Depot had the best price on this product.
I absolutely love the clean steel doors with the stainless steel look. It's a blessing not to have to worry about fingerprints and smudges which are common with stainless steel products. Another plus is the Energy Star rating. In the log run this will benefit my energy cost. And what can beat being able to move a refrigerator by simply pulling it forward! This feature was invaluable when I had to paint the wall beind it. I was able to simply move and return it to it's original place with very little effort.
At 25.0 Cu. Ft. this model provides a covenant layout that offers ample space in the snack pan, fresh produce drawer and deli fresh drawer. The adjustable door bins and slide out shelves are a bonus. I can say from experience that the spill proof glass shelves do work. Oops! Other great features are easy access to the temperature controls, filtered water and choice of crushed or cubed ice.
I highly recommend this product; and I believe it would make an excellent addition to any home in need of a new refrigerator. My GE GSL25JFTBS has been a joy and I wish it to be the same to anyone who purchases one like it.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The CleanSteel is so wonderful -- no spots ever! It is easy to fit things in the freezer and the refrigerator. Many things can go in the door. The slide-out shelves are very handy. Love the cubed and crushed ice, as well as filtered water in the door.

Purchased this side by side in stainless and was aprehensive about not being able to keep it clean. But WOW it stays clean without having to continually wipe up fingerprints.
Love the water/ice in the door as well as the ease of adjusting both freezer/fridge temps.
Also great that the shelves slide to you can get things out of the back.

Not only does this refrigerator look beautiful in my new kitchen...but it's so much easier to clean than stainless and holds magnets for my kids' artwork as well! This is the largest 25 cu ft sxs I have ever bought. Everything fits and is easy to get to. A+++

This fridge is an excellent deal for the money and the highest selling point for us was the "Cleansteel" feature. We have 3 kids under five and while yes, fingerprints do appear, they wash away with the simple swipe of a paper towel and OTC cleaner. It holds A TON of food and the storage options are nice. We bought the whole CleanSteel Line at a price most of our friends pay for one appliance! Highly recommended...by the way, those friends are the same ones complaining about fingerprints on their stainless steel appliances!

THIS FRIG IS A STEEL FOR THE MONEY SPACIOUS, KEEPS FOOD, VEGE, COLD CUTS ETC.. FRESH!!! WATER IS FILTERED AND ITS OVER ALL EXCELLENT!!

This refrigerator lives up to the tag, as one of the best refrigerators for the money. This fridge is a spacious 25 cf and has all of the necessities; water & ice (cubed or crushed), easy temperature controls, gallon-size door shelves and much more.
The Clean Steel finish lives up to the name, I have two small children at home and they are no match for the Clean Steel!

After searching extensively for a stainless steel refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, I found this GE 25 cu. Ft Side by Side at Home Depot. For the price this is possibly one of the best values out there. This refrigerator has a clean design both inside and out and is perfect if you do not buy weeks worth of food (it is not the largest refrigerator you can get, and the space available is typical for a side-by-side fridge).
I would highly recommend this fridge if you are looking for something in the lower cost range... You could spend a lot more with little additional benefit

our first fridge and we couldn't be happier-has an ice maker despite what it says in the description. built in water filter too. veggies stay really fresh in the crisper.
