"I brought a Hotpoint Refrigerator two door gray with water and other features. After the year warranty ran out one of the sides had a problem keeping cold. The price was cheaper than some brands but still expensive. A person should not have to buy a refrigerator every year. I am very disappointed."

Great Fridge Expensive Filter,

"Fridge is the best I found for the price and is great. The only downfall is the price of the water filters. I took a cheaper filter and installed it on the iceline so I can geat a longer life on the expensive filter and also get double the filtration for cleaner water."

"We got this fridge about a year and a half ago and have been very happy with it. It's very roomy, you can fit a pizza box into it without any problems."

"this unit is very roomy and runs very quite. the only complaint i have is when you ask for ice cubes it gives your hand a bath in crust ice. i don't know if this is normal or can be fixed i'll let you know when i get it servced."

"This model refrigerator has been OK since we purchased it in July 2004, however, it has just started making an awful humming noise and the GE technician just advised us the freezer fan motor needed replacement at a cost of $225 not covered by warranty. Facing a repair bill 40% of the original purchase price after only 32 months is hard to swallow. Had we purchased an extended warranty, the price we would have paid for the extended warranty would have been higher than the repair cost."

"I puchased this unit on 10-01-05, and it is 03-07-07 and I am not able to use my ice maker because the fan is so loud that you cannot hear yourself talk. I called the GE hotline and was told that they would send a repairman out but it would be a $70 charge because they only warranty their items for 1 year. I would not recommend anyone buying this unit because it will not last you, and the GE company is not very helpful to solve your problem."

"I have had my Refridgerator for two years. I am really impressed with it. I can fit almost anything in it. The shelves are adjustable, so that it is easy to clean and to fit anything you want in it."

"I needed a refrigerator fast and this was the only white large one in the store. So I bought it for next day delivery. Overall I am happy with it. Though I think a definite improvement would be a deli drawer and an extra rack in the freezer. But it is quiet and so far, works fine."

"Love it. Unit is very solid and well made. Definitely looks and feels like a more expensive brand. No gaps or areas that feel "cheaply made". Plus the Home Depot online customer service and delivery people were wonderful! Would highly recommend this refrigerator and the whole Home Depot purchase experience to others."

"This is the first side-by-side refrigerator with dispenser I've purchased. I haven't had any problems with it so far. The first thing that impressed me about it was that it stands on wheels, which makes it easier to move, if needed to. The compartments are easy to clean. The water dispenser is easy to use. I like the fact that the temperature of the drinking water can be adjusted to my liking. Other pluses include great price and quiet design! The only minus is that this product is not energy star compliant."
