Easy To Install And Easy To Use. This Is The First Maytag Microwave I Have Owned But It Seems To Be One Of The Best. Caught It When It Was On Sale.

I owned this microwave approximately 3 years. It started making a small noise (every once in a while) after about 8 months. Got a little worse over time. Just died. I am buying another one similar as I have all matching appliances. I thought mine may have been an oddity until I read the other review.

I purchased this microwave only 2 years ago and having problems with the blower fan working only sometimes.
Also, tried using the defrost cycle and it makes a very large noise.
Will not purchase another Maytag product.
Previously had a GE spacemaker for 10+ years and never had a problem. Will go back to GE!

This is a very easy to install and well built microwave by Maytag. I like the clean design and easy to use features. The automatic settings actaully work (First microwave I've had that I can say that about). My only complaint is that the microwave is easily scratched if you use abrasive cleaners. I noticed this in the store and have avoided using them on my own microwave. It will stay looking good as long as you are careful with what you clean it with.
