12-Cup Deep Fryer
The Presto ProFry 12-Cup Deep Fryer offers 1,800 watts of power to help you quickly achieve the ideal oil temperature for a variety of foods. The deep fryer uses oblong-shaped baskets to easily fit larger foods such as chicken or fish and features an adjustable thermostat for quick temperature controls. A signal light alerts you when the oil has reached your set temperature and the cover and filter add safety by helping to prevent spattering.

I had originally been using a fry daddy from wal-mart. The warm up time is about the same but the difference is I can cook so much more food and it cooks faster and more evenly. Also because of the speed it cooks food at my food ends up much crispier and less soggy than with my previous model. I have used it almost every day for a month now and no complaints. Okra cooks at 350 for about 5 mins. French fries take about one minute longer. I have also made cheese sticks and popcorn chicken. All of it comes out perfect.

I like the 12 cup Presto Deep Fryer. It cooks pretty good and precise. I have fried everything I possibly can in it so I could get a feel for how it really is. On the upside it fries well but on the downside the double baskets are not big enough to hold anymore than 4 pieces of chicken at a time and this thing uses a bunch of oil so if you are health consciencous like me and use Peanut oil your looking at 30 bucks and if you use regular oil around 15. I would definately buy it again but I really think you should get the big basket that you have to buy for 12 bucks extra free because this thing is like 100 dollars.

I absolutely love this fryer. I bought it to replace a an old Presto fryer. This one is large and fries food evenly. The baskets are a little flimsy, but works fine.

this product helps the cook in all kind of ways.
1. keeps oil ready to cook covered , and off of the stove top .
2.cooks even, without making a greasy food or taste.
3. when cooking like fish fry you can cook two things at one time.
4. or you can take the bastets out and cook large items
5. makes your kitchen safer from a greese fire also , because its'contained.
i love it. and am going to buy one for my kids for their safety. the single size one else where is $59.00 or more. so this is a great buy ,
(one con is ) this is a fairly big cooker ,so if your short on room in your kitchen you need to find a storage place for it before buying.in-order to be happy with your purchase

Recieved timely. Easy to setup. Used the next day. Happy with proformance. FF cooked as directed were good. it's nice to cook 2 foods
at the same time. Baskets could be just a littel larger for family.Lots better than my old one.

I'm 100% satisfied with my new dep fryer, works great, easy to clean. I love the 2 baskets as I can cook 2 different batches of french fries to suit everybody's taste. You can make french fries for 6 people at a time and this is very convenient.

We seen this Stainless Steel Dual Basket ProFry Immersion Element Deep Fryer on an episode of Paula Deen and She said it was great.And we liked it as soon as we saw it.It is great for all your frying needs.If you are looking to buy a deep fryer I recommend this one, all around its the best for your money and your family.And the fryed candy bars are great too!hahaha!Yum.

Cooks large amounts and the double baskets are great. If the pieces are bigger than usual you can go without the baskets! Easy to clean with the lift out tub and Iove the basket rests. Great buy!

My wife spotted this fryer on the Paula Deen Show. She had never seen a two basket system. This fryer is well constructed and very easy to clean. I do believe the heating element is under rated, it gets hot very quickly. A very good product so far

I really enjoy the dual chambers for cooking, it gives the opportunity to cook more than one thing at a time.

This deep fryer is verastlie and is a great investment. It is large enough to fry several pieces of catfish. I really like using both baskets at the same time to eliminate my childrens' wait time for fries and chicken. I really liked that I could wash in insert.
