I previously had a Sharp Convection Microwave and had to search long and hard to find this Microwave. My old Sharp lasted 11 years and I expect to get at least that out of this new one. Works great, easy to use controls with many presets. I would recommend this Microwave over any of the other brands I have seen in the stores both for reliability and price.

In 2005, my husband and I began RVing full time. Our RV came equipped with this model. I have loved it so much. I love to cook and have used every feature to the fullest! I was so sad the other day when I had just cooked it to death. My husband and I went on a search to find a replacement. when we went to the store we were told that they did not carry that oven. we came home and found it online.. Problem solved! I will be up and cooking once again as soon as it is installed. Hurray!

I love the oven and it's just what I wanted but the most amazing thing was that I ordered it on a Tuesday evening after 6 P.M. and received it Thursday morning! I couldn't believe that it was at my door that soon!

Received the package - opened it - styrofoam was all broken - it was dented and the frame was twisted so the door wouldn't even open. Had to return it to the store....and that's how a 598.00 product is delieved. WOW!

I have tried all the functions except broil. It has performed beautifully in the other categories. I don't want the cleanup mess associated with broiling so will probably not ever use it.

This product was to replace another Sharp Conv. Micro. over the Stove which I used for 24 years with only one call for a repairman. I was so thrilled with it that I would not consider purchasing another product other than Sharp. It looks like Sharp has added some wonderful features in 24 years.

I purchased this microwave because of it sleek design and up to date look. Instruction were easy to follow and it was simple enough to install over the range. The key pad is a little complicated but feel with time I will be able to operate it without instructions. It heats foods very well and meets my expectation in that way. The light is dimmer than I expected and the exhaust fan is quite noisy. Even set on low you cannot carry on a conversation with the person next to you. Maybe that is a good thing?

I have had mine for years and it is great. I hardly ever use the oven on my stove. When using the convection oven it does not heat your house up like the oven on the stove does.
