We bought this unit online and the description just doesn't do this microwave justice! it has great features and is very well made and the price was right. It is a bit bigger than we need but the "Keep Warm" feature is fantastic! We just love it!

The key pad numbers could have been a little bigger or brighter for the elderly. The light inside the door could be brighter as well. The oven does work flawlessly with no regrets.

Have had this oven for a week and am amazed at how well it "senses" the cook/heat temps and times for the items I put in it. Perfect rice and great at reheating. Am anxious to discover how well it performs at defrosting meat. The positive reviews are the reasons we purchased this oven.

We decided to get a new stove and microwave since our old stove/microwave combo was about 10 yrs. old. Still worked just wanted new one. Since combos are not sold anymore we had to buy separate units. After researching quite a bit, we purchased the Sharp m/w. What a difference!! The old m/w was only 800w.
We really enjoy the Sharp and it blends very nicely with the new stove. Money well spent

I ordered this microwave because I was looking for Stainless. I have had Sharp microwaves in the past and they have always been good quality and lasted many years. This microwave has a good defrost feature. The popcorn feature is a plus. Also, the size is perfect. It's large and it has a turntable that rotates and evenly cooks your food. You can't beat the price!!

We bought this microwave oven to replace our 26 year old Sharp oven that was still working, but had developed some cosmetic issues, It probably would have lasted another 26 years. In all that time, it needed NO service, It still had the original light bulb. My family used it several times a day, every day, for, I'll say it again, 26 years. In that time, we've replaced all of our other appliances at least once, some twice. You can't go wrong with this product. Thanks, Sharp.

I really wanted this microwave. It got great reviews. The first one arrived with the front panel falling off. We sent it back. Then the second one arrived but made a terrible noise (like a plane taking off) So I gave up as no one in the state of Colorado sells this microwave in the store. I don't know why. I gave up and bought another that was carried in store.

Researching microwaves convinced me that no brand is consistently well made but little did I expect that my Sharp microwave would not work at all. Out of the box I plug it in, the lights come on, the fans come on, but no heat. You would think that the least bit of quality control would catch this kind of obvious failure

Good looking unit, but arrived non functioning. Handle seemed a bit flimsy and the "nightlight' was annoyingly intense ultra white bulb. Called Sharp 'service' who told me to take it to a repair shop 20 miles away. Driving 80 miles round trips to repair a new unit should not be mine to bear. A simple FedEx return label would have placated me. I refused request and called HD .com who let me return to local store. Very codial and professional. Not sure I will buy single large electronics and have shipped anymore, as wonder how many times was dropped in transit. Maybe palletized products at local store are protected better?

I checked reviews before purchasing this microwave. Great microwave for the money, especially love the keep warm feature. Sharp microwaves are always the best at popcorn as well.
Purchased this for our new home. Not as fancy as the Whirlpool micro I left behind - doesn't have soften and melt options for chocolate, butter, etc. - but definitely happy with my purchase.

We owned a Sharp, same size and same power microwave for more than 10 years. When we looked for a new one we decided to stick with something we know works well, and lasts. Never had a problem. We gave the old one away. It was still working.

The sharp 2.0 is large and powerful. We replaced a 10 year old Sharp with this unit, it cooks! Will burn bacon in 75% of the time the old one barely cooked it, the number pad is a plastic membrane and it scratches easily. All in all a solid performer. We had ours shipped to home at it arrived with a dent in the back.
