Definately not a winner!

I hate to say it, but I have to agree with the rest of the reviews written. We had to stand RIGHT next to the unit to get any heat at all. We also gave it plenty of time (45 min.) to warm up. I have a number of other patio heaters and this one just doesn't measure up. I was truly dissapointed as I expected more from Bernzomatic. Like the others, I will be returning mine as well.

Received the heater in good condition, was very eary to assemble. I find it difficult to start at times but it works perfectly once started and provides the heat desired. I would recommed this to anyone who spends a lot of time outside during the winter.

I get more heat out of a lit match. Spent $300 tonight ,will be returning tommorow morning.

We set this patio heater up and gave it an hour of warm-up time but it never delivered the output it claimed. Instead of being able to feel the heat from 4-6 feet away it was necessary to be within 20 inches of the heater. We are going to return it and try to find a heater that works.

I had stand within 18 inches of this heater to feel any heat whatsoever. Even then it only warmed my face. I expected (as it's stated on the box) that it will heat a 100 sq.ft. area and its nowhere close to that....closer to 100 sq. inches.
