the Answer we've been looking for~!,

"I'd been watching the prices fluctuate with the seasons, and always prayed for a bit of good fortune. But then THIS happened.. I fell in love with the concept of the Island BBQ grill, but the prices were just far enough out that I had trouble justifying the purchase.
This is a CharmGlow, respectable alternative, which I was waiting for. At first I was worried that the BTU's might not be sufficient, but I've found that was a foolish concept. We've grilled, seared and warmed everything we could throw on, and the side-burner has been a blessing as well. It has AMPLE area and heat available to keep someone else busy at the same time.. I ran out of hands~!
I would post a Pro's and Con's list here.. but I'm still trying to find something that I can say inherently justifies being called a Con. There were only five stars available, this BBQ is worth every last one of them."

Good Looks; Bad Product. DO NOT BUY THIS!,
September 18, 2008
"Bought this grill for the good looks. The electric starter stopped working after 4 months and the stainless steel started to show rust spots which consistantly have been getting worse. Tried many types of stainless steel cleaner but to no avail. After 12 months the brick exterior started fading. This is a very inferior product "dressed up" to look good.
I would NEVER buy a Charnglow product again!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL. YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY."

Wonderful Father's Day Gift,
July 7, 2008
"My husband has been interested in an outdoor kitchen set up for a couple of summers. My girls and I saw this grill on sale and thought it would be a wonderful start to his outdoor kitchen dreams. We have used the grill 3 times and my husband seems to love it. We are looking forward to a long summer of barbeques! The only thing missing is a light attachment for evening barbeques. We are now contemplating the sidebar that a refridgerator can slide into."

Good concept poor matierals,
January 12, 2008
"This grill looked and worked great for the first 2 - months of operation. 1st to go the electric igniter (home depot does not sell repair parts for this grill even if they do make the grill with the name of Charmglow), 2nd shortly after 3 - 4 months spotted rust thoughout the surface started to show. I tried to rub-off or clean, but it didnt work, I now have rust showing inside the (stainless steel) drawers after only 6 - 7 months (with a cover when not in use) of service. This concept of all in one grill system is great , and i still love the idea but i'm not happy to say the least. I think i'm going to call home depot through charmglow to get their help maybe my stainless steel matieral was a bad batch. I know home depot stands behind their made products, i will keep you informed with the update of this grill."
