Wonderful Fryer!

This professional fryer allows me to fry more at once, saves me time, and it does not burn the food. The fryer cooks uniformly; it's wonderful! The only downfall is that it does not come with a close basket. Most of the food I fry floats, so, if I could restrict the food to be under the oil, it would make my job even easier.
