I used a Fry Daddy before getting this from you guys , 200% better. I gave the Fry Daddy to my neighbor , they didn't have a deep fryer , now they are ready to by one of these , I deep fry 2 times a week , a lot faster heat up and hold the temp for the whole time.

Great for our family of 3 living in an apartment. Easy on the limited counter space, but performs well for our occasional frying needs. Easy to handle and clean, and the price was right.

I recently bought a Cuisinart deep frier. Within hours of it arriving we were using it! My wife looked through the recipe book and we had some really tasty tempura. It's not very big, but it's perfect for two people, and as we're empty nesters, it's perfect. The second night we had french fries and they came out perfect.
It was all the previous revues that sold me on this frier. It's perfect for small batches. I wouldn't recommend it for big families, but for a couple, it's perfect. It doesn't take up much room, it's easy to clean, and the recipe book is a great help getting started. We love it!

The product I received was defective and in my opinion poorly designed. In order to properly cook french frys they need to be cooked at least at 375, this unit when set at 375, the ready light would come on at aprox. 340 degrees and then when cooking a small amount would not stay on. Plus also the magnetic attaching power cord did not stay on very well.
I am returning the unit as defective.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not many brands offer a 3 year warranty. Yes, that speaks to the quality. I have no complaints. Oil heats quickly, food cooks evenly.

This deep fryer has exceded my expectations. It does an excellent job and is well worth the money I paid. I have had many other fryers over the decades and this one is by far the best.

After receiving my compact fryer in the mail I prepared to make shrimp po-boys and fried mushrooms, two of my favorites. The cuisanart delivers on every level. Perfect crispy shrimp and crunchy mushrooms still moist and tender inside. This appliance is a cinch to use and clean even for a beginner. The basket makes food removal and draining so easy. The top keeps spatters and burns at bay.
Easy and economical to use. Easy to clean. Compact to store. What more can you ask for? Price is right too!
