Compact Deep Fryer
Cuisinart presents a deep fryer that takes up less counter space. Designed to fry batches up to 3/4 of a pound in just 1.1 liter of oil, this is a great deep fryer even for spur-of-the-moment snacks and meals. The compact design allows creative cooks to prepare fried calamari to top a salad, and moms to fry up mozzarella sticks for kids. Temperatures up to 375F and a diecast frying bowl maintain selected oil temperatures for restaurant-quality results. Easy to use, easy to clean, and simple to store, it could make deep frying an everyday event!

"The product I received was defective and in my opinion poorly designed. In order to properly cook french frys they need to be cooked at least at 375, this unit when set at 375, the ready light would come on at aprox. 340 degrees and then when cooking a small amount would not stay on. Plus also the magnetic attaching power cord did not stay on very well.
I am returning the unit as defective."

"Not many brands offer a 3 year warranty. Yes, that speaks to the quality. I have no complaints. Oil heats quickly, food cooks evenly."

"After receiving my compact fryer in the mail I prepared to make shrimp po-boys and fried mushrooms, two of my favorites. The cuisanart delivers on every level. Perfect crispy shrimp and crunchy mushrooms still moist and tender inside. This appliance is a cinch to use and clean even for a beginner. The basket makes food removal and draining so easy. The top keeps spatters and burns at bay.
Easy and economical to use. Easy to clean. Compact to store. What more can you ask for? Price is right too!"
