Beautiful design, but....,

"I was very impressed with the beautiful design of the toaster oven. I wanted to test it with toast. There is no button that you push down to toast. There is only a timer. You set the toaster to heat up on the top and bottem and for how long. As you hear the toaster ticking away but don't see the elements getting red (but they are hot) you wonder how long is this going to take? I set it for 5 minutes. When the bell went off the toast was not brown, just abit crispy. I immediately knew this wasn't for me. The technology reminded me more of the old fashioned toasters. I was disappointed because it's so beautiful to look at. But I need functionality and quick not just good looking."

"I bought this oven for my mom as a Christmas gift. She lives in a small apartment and this is the perfect size for her!! It also is a very convenient appliance and very simple to use."
