Bunn-O-Matic corp. replaced the defective product with a new one that is functioning properly. We are satisfied with the replacement. Maybe the first coffee maker sat around in the Home Depot warehouse for a time and the seals deterioated.

Once you have a Bunn, nothing else will compare. I love having my coffee ready in three minutes and its hot. No fuss no muss. Easy to clean with the wire thats included. A little more expensive than the other brands, but well worth it.

I would not own any other brand. Bunn has all the features I need. Brews perfect coffee quickly every morning. You pour the water in from the front, no need to pull it out from under the counter.

After purchasing my first Bunn coffe maker years ago, I would never buy any other brand. It makes a perfect pot of coffee everytime. It makes the fastest pot of coffee I have ever seen. Friends are amazed at how fast it is. After seeing how fast it makes a pot a coffee, they run out and get one for themselves!

As a secretary in my company in which I have been with for 13 years we have used ALOT of coffee makers...originally we used Mr Coffee but about 5 years ago we got our 1st Bunn and we've never looked back and I just purchased our 2nd. I don't think 5 years is too much to ask for a coffee maker that does an excellent job both in flavor and durability. This product is the best. Thanks for a great product!

This was a replacement for another Bunn we had over 15 yrs. I love that it brews immediately, by the time you add water and set out cups etc, the pot is nearly full-no waiting! The reservoir keeps water available so the brewing is immediate, thats THE BEST feature of this pot.

I bought my wife a BUNN coffee maker last year for Christmas. She was only an occasional coffee drinker, but since the purchase of our BUNN, she is now a "regular" coffee drinker! It is by far the best coffee maker I have ever owned! No waiting 10 minutes for a pot of coffee to be brewed! The BUNN has our entire pot brewed and is perfect and hot in less then 2 minutes! I would recommednd the BUNN coffee pot to anyone who enjoys a superp pot of perfectly brewed coffee EVERY TIME! For the money, the BUNN is the best buy out there, and you will not be disappointed! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND a BUNN!!

This is the first Bunn I have owned, and at first I wasn't too convinced that I would like it because it didn't have the pause/serve feature that I am used to with every other coffee maker I have owned. My boyfriend explained to me that the coffee would be ready in 3 minutes so we didn't need that feature. He was right and after using this coffee maker for only 2 weeks I love it! It is easy to use and brews perfect coffee. I would recommend this product to everybody.

You cannot beat a Bunn coffee pot for the flavor of coffee it produces. It creates a rich and more demanding presence. I had one for years and then decided to buy a Cuisinart when the washer on the bottom of the Bunn wore out (which caused water to leak). After two months with the Cuisinart I switched back to the Bunn!
The washer wearing out on the bottom seems to happen every 5 or 6 years....but considering the flavor, the price, etc. I still recommend this coffeemaker over any other I've had.

we have owned a bunn coffee maker for the last 12 years. We just had to replace the first one last year. We wouldn't go back to another coffee maker again. We had a recall on the bunn machine that we replace the old one with and the company replaced it as soon as possible. We live in the country and the water is harder then the city water so that is why we went with the bunn. I would recommend this product to anyone> It is worth every dime that is spent on it.
