Dual Tower Oscillating Reflective Heater
Dual Column reflective heater that features two heating elements that operate and oscillate independently of each other. This allows you to distribute heat to a larger area, or focus heat in one direction. Reflective heating technology replicates the sun's healthy rays and uses less energy to create the same amount of heat as traditional heaters. The MS-23 features dual oscillation columns, two separate heating elements, and tip over safety protection.

We bought this thing in hopes of saving a bit of money over traditional fan driven heaters. And while it does heat what is in front of it (like 3 feet in front of it) it doesn't circulate any heat throughout a room. Even the dog looked at it and walked away and our dog loves to be near a heater or fireplace!!
So I suppose the savings in energy costs comes from the fact that it doesn't heat much. Save your money and get something better, especially at this price point.

When reading what this heater does you will read that the heater can be set at high or low. This is NOT true there is no setting, just swing/on/and off, swing meaning rotate around in a half circle. I purchased two for the office and I am now looking for another one with HIG and LOW settings.
Be careful!!
