I love this freezer. The light in the lid is a real help,as we have it set in the garage were the lighting is not that great and it's exactly what we need. The size is perfect because we can now stock up which will help save us money in the long run. When it was delivered the men who delivered were very nice and helpful with the questions we asked them about the freezer. No regrets in purchasing this freezer.

First, You schedule the date and time when you want the product delivered, so not to disrupt your own busy schedule.
Second, Freindly, courteous, and fast deliverymen.
Third, The product works as advertised. Just had to plug it in. Wait about 4 hours and then start loading your frozen items.
Simply Perfect!

The baskets are made of light plastic and I don't expect them to last long. Other than that all is well and it has be running for 3 months now.

Freezer is located in basement, with difficult stairway. Was looking for a unit of medium size that wouldn't cause problems for installation. This was perfect. Previous unit didn't have interior light, this one does.
Delivery crew was excellent.

I am very happy with my purchase and have no buyers remorse. The freezer has adequate storage space and while deep for me (I'm only 5'3') I can still reach the bottom. Currently it is filed with bulk purchases from Bulk Stores and a mail order steak company. Lots of food we couldn't take advantage of with my side-by-side fridge.
My only advise would be MAKE SURE it is freezing properly before you fill it with food. My first freezer seemed to be cooling off appropriately when we left to go shopping. It wasn't till the next day (Saturday) that we discovered it was only getting to refrigerator temp, not freezer temp. As it was a holiday weekend I had to wait for Tues to call for a replacement and lost some of the food. The replacement was delivered the next Saturday and has been working just fine.
I do give high marks to the service center and the delivery people, both were courteous and quick to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

It's very spacious and working well. Only thing I don't like is the clicking noise it makes when it starts on. I put this freezer in my kitchen, so I hear that noise very clearly. But if you are planning to put this in your basement or garage, it will be a perfect freezer.

good freezer, interior light is great feature, but I don't understand why the pwer cord is barley plugged in to this little jack...isn't gonna last long, I might have to clip it & adapt something more durable...

We were actually having steaks stolen from our freezer on our porch! We got this one since it has a lock on it & no more stolen meat! For the reviewer above who said they wished it had a light in it... Are you sure you are reviewing the right freezer? This model DOES have a light in it. Great that it has 2 baskets in it for a smaller freezer too. Very easy to organize!

Great Freezer Storage For a Small Family

We purchased this freezer shortly after moving into our new home. It fits perfectly in our garage by the door leading into our kitchen. As a family of 3 we are now able to buy meats and frozen foods in bulk to save money and have a place to store it. I buy the meat in bulk, marinate or season it, and freeze in the proper quantities. This makes meal prep a breeze! The only thing this freezer is missing is a light when you open the door. But, our light switch in the garage it right next to the freezer, so its not a big deal.
