Fantastic Machine,

"You will be floored by how quiet this machine is. I did not even believe my wife when she told me it was running until I heard the water draining through the disposer. It did a fine job of cleaning the dishes, and is just a beautiful unit. Home Depot did a good job of installing it. The only reason this gets four stars instead of five is that any glasses you wash that are a little bit concave on the top rack have a tendency to come out of the cycle with just a little standing water in them. Other than that, amazing!!"

"On a bright side - this is spacious and quiet dishwasher, but this is the only good words I can say about it. We bought this dishwasher in November 06. One of the main reasons we bought it was that we were told by the salesman that the dishwasher was assembeled in US.Since then (now is August) my dishwasher needed 3 repairs for less than a year. The first time it was the main computer,the second time it was the insulation and now about 2 weeks ago - the draining system. Considering that it costs almost $700 this dishwasher become one of the worst investments I made in the recent years. I am very glad that I took also the additional 4 year warranty from Home Depot. Who knows how many more times I will need an expert repair, which I've heard is pretty costly.

"After going through 2 recalls with another big brand over the last 10 years we did our homework prior to buying this dishwasher.
It has all the features you will ever need and it is quiet. My brother just bought a Bosch for a lot more money and I can not tell the difference. LG is the only appliance brand I own now."

"Replaced my 10 year old HotPoint dishwasher with this one.
Its feature rich and sleek. I love the delay start, wash cycles, energy efficiency and child lock features. It does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes silently. Use liquid detergent instead on powder as this is not mentioned in the manual. I called LG Customer Service to confirm this. I had read bad reviews about them but I never encountered any problems upon my first call. Good value for money!"
